Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If you’d like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll help get it sorted.

Please note that return postage may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
